How does a phone auction work ?
In order to bid by phone during one of our sales, you just need to send us by mail the appropriate form (downloadable on our website) duly filled and signed by you. It must be accompanied by a copy of your identity card.
Please do not forget to give us the phone number(s) so we can reach you during the sale.
Please also note that it will be one of our staff members who will call you and not you who will call us.
Please note that any person requesting to be called by telephone to bid on one or more lots is deemed to have purchased the lot(s) at their list price.
How fast does the sale go ? How do I determine when my lot will be sold ?
During a sale, the number of lots sold per hour can vary from 50 to 70 depending on the interest of the public.
Thus, taking an average of 50 lots per hour you will be able to estimate the time range at which we will call you.
What are the bidding steps ?
The bidding steps are 10%.
From €10 to €10 up to €190; from €20 to €20 from €200; from €30 to €30 from €300 and so on.
Where do the sales take place ?
Exhibitions and sales are traditionally held in Wavre in Hall Manifagri which is located on avenue Solvay, 5. However, it is always possible that sales may exceptionally take place elsewhere. Take a good look at the information on the site.
What happens to unsold items ?
Unless the seller decides otherwise, unsold items are put back on sale during a later session.
How do I pay ?
In order to pay your bill, you can use the following means :

Storage and shipment of your purchases ?
After the sale and for a one month period, your purchases will be stored free of charge in our premises. After this period of one month, we can decide to charge you a storage fee.
You will find attached to your invoice the recommendations for shipping your items via our transport company.
The shipments of your lot are made via the intermediary of the company Mailbox of Brussels with which we usually work. We invite you to contact them directly to organize your shipment. Their contact details are as follows:

No, it is not possible to bid below the estimated price of the lot.
Are there any aftersales ?
The possibility of acquiring unsold lots after the sale depends on the instructions given to us by the seller. Do not hesitate to contact us directly to ask questions.
How will I be informed of the success of my purchase order ?
By receiving your invoice by e-mail in the days following the sale.
What happens after the sale ?
As soon as the sale is over, our accounting department will send you the invoice for your purchases. As soon as the invoice is paid, you will be able to have your items collected by the carrier of your choice.
What is the VAT attached to my invoice ?
The VAT applicable in Belgium to auctions is 21%. Its amount is included in the total of our commission.
How can I physically retrieve the lots I purchased at the auction ?
By contacting us beforehand to find out the modalities.
Can I request additional information on the lots offered for sale ?
We are always at your disposal to give you any additional information in photos on the lots put on sale.
Can I cancel a purchase order ?
ou can cancel a purchase up to two hours before the start of the sale. After this time, it will be taken into account for the sale, and no cancelations will be accepted.
